2.  What are the benefits of joining the waitlist?

  • Once your spot is held, your price is locked in! You have the peace of mind, knowing you are completely prepared for your next move!
  • Skip the hassle of finding a new place too close to your move!
  • You will have the proper amount of time to check out the area for places of employment, schools, stores, shopping, community centers and more! BEFORE you move!
  • Plenty of time to save your money for the move!

 

3.  How do I know if I qualify to rent? (credit/eligibility questions)

 

4.  How much does the application for the home cost?

  • $65 per person over the age of 18 and living in the home

 

5.  How does the waitlist work?

  • In order to hold an official spot on the waitlist for a property, you must drive by, submit your application, be approved and pay the $399 admin fee.
  • The waitlist is first come first serve. Once you have your spot held we will notify you when you are next in line. 
  • After notification that the property is ready soon, you will have 24 hours to pay the nonrefundable security deposit for the property and pro-rated rent. If you do not respond and pay within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant in line.
